2. Adjust mill internal structure and grinding body matching :

Mill internal structure adjustment: the grinding particle size into mill is reduced, grinding internal structure should be adjusted properly, we shorten firstwarehouse length by original 2.75m to2.25m, namely move forward the partition plate with a lining plate length, length of secondary warehouse is increasedfrom the original 3.4m to 3.9m to add grinding ability of the fine grinding barn and improve grinding efficiency of cement making machinery.

3. Adjust filling rate:

Once loading capacity of grinding body is determined, the warehouse loading capacity can be ruled according to the fill rate; in the closed circuit grinding process, in order to reduce over grinding phenomenon, filling rate of warehouse one is often higher than warehouse two to accelerate the material flow rate in cement machinery.
